Educational and training programs were conducted in Beed and Aurangabad Districts of Maharashtra. In Beed, Teachers and Students’ Programs were organized in the institutions of Anjuman Isha’t-e-Taleem along with Al-Huda and MS Schools. Whereas in Aurangabad, the same programs were arranged in Scholars School and Iqra School. In Khuldabad, Al-Irfan Residential School organized an exclusive Teachers’ Training Program. Around 600 students and 350 teachers were benefitted. The tour was organized between 24th to 28th July 2023. The Director of AJ Academy for Research and Development, Muhammad Abdullah Javed sb interacted with the students and highlighted important things like objectives of education, conceptual understanding, hardworking nature, time management, sense of serving the humanity. Whereas for the teachers he stressed on the dynamics of teachers’ persona, teaching methodologies, relationship with parents and managements and to be well aware of the happenings in the society.
