Quran Study - Ajacademy

The prerequisites of guidance from the Qur’ān are quite evident. Recitation of the Qur’ān, contemplation over its Verses and implementation at individual and collective levels are the pressing demands that have been clearly mentioned in the Qur’ān. Added to this is the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). The Almighty Allah has extended the firm support in the form of these two reliable sources, that is Qur’ān and Sunnah. The Qur’ān is Allah’s words whereas the Sunnah is Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)’s life characterised by Allah’s words. With these essentials in view, the Academy is organizing Qur’ān and Hadith studies courses, both On and Offline under the banner of ITQAN, that is Institute of Training for Quranic Applications.

The Qur’ān has been revealed is the Book of Guidance for the entire humanity. For getting the required guidance from this Divine Book there are certain prerequisites. Of them all is forming strong bonding with the Book is pivotal. That is living with the Qur’ān is very much organic in nature. It is as true as living with essentials of life. The very reason being, things related to us have been made beneficial, be it water or air so is the case of this Qur’ān. The One who made these essentials beneficial and provided that in ample, has revealed it. You can simply equate the blessings with Qur’ān or can summarize that the Qur’ān is as beneficial to us as the things around us blessed by the Creator.

That is the very reason why the Qur’ān has been made a benchmark and a testimony to one’s faith and a criterion to achieve success in both the worlds. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said:

  • The best of you are those who learn the Qur’ān and teach it. (Bukhari)
  • A Person who has nothing of the Qur’ān in his heart is like a ruined house (Tirmidhi)
  • Indeed, Allah raises, through this Book, some peoples and lowers others. (Muslim)
  • The Qur’ān is evidence for you or against you. (Muslim).
