Teachers’ Professional Development
Teacher has always been regarded as an architect of the nation. The development of individuals and sustainable progress of society heavily depends on the ways a teacher shapes the destiny of children. The advancement of present era, the knowledge explosion and exposure has made the new generation quite advance in their thinking and curious about the happenings. Obviously, the teacher-student relationship survives only when teachers are empowered with all the requisites inevitable for their sustainable development and that of students as well.Today teacher’s empowerment forms crux of education system and there are heap of efforts around the globe to visualize the same. Amidst these efforts, we humbly offer different modules for Teacher’s Professional Development, ranging from their professional and personal development to contributing for the betterment of society.
Parents’ Educational Training
Now that a lot of internal and external factors are continuously influencing our children and forcing them to be away from education and affecting their morals, it becomes imperative for parents to ensure active involvement in the process of education and training. Research has shown that children’s better performance and reaching to higher levels is possible because of parents’ interest and cooperation in educational activities. Therefore, in every house, prevalence of a decent mechanism of children and parents being involved together in educational activities is imperative. That is, the educational role of parents should be revived. Research has also shown that if parents participate in their children’s educational activities at home, they develop seriousness and interest in education. Moreover, it becomes possible for children to show discipline in their class and listen carefully to the teachers. When parents ensure positive involvement in their children’s academic activities, it paves the way for better relationship with teachers. This relationship gradually takes the pure academic form. The bonding between teachers and parents solely rests with betterment of their children. When they go to school, resort to talk to teachers about their children’s academic performance, spend most of their time in discussing educational issues instead. Management’s Training
The school management has both direct and indirect ways of influencing student’s moral development. Since both internal and external matters play pivotal role in student’s moral upliftment, therefore it is, in one way, inclusive of management’s role. The direct and indirect ways have their own limitations, direct way is quite minimal whereas the indirect way has its own expanse. As far management’s direct role is concerned, they can have an informal discussion with the students to promote their positive sides and strengths. They can even point out those flaws and weaknesses that they observe on one or the other occasions. With the help of rest of the members they can even try for the betterment.
For student’s training and guidance, the management has an expansive indirect way, which is quite effective. The fact is, with the establishment of school they have aimed at ensuring an exemplary training and educating system, so their move with pure intention will always have advantage and eventually they succeed in bringing about positive changes in their school.
