To inculcate individual and collective values, interactive sessions will be organized for the youth. This will help them understand the reality of life and of their own selves. By personality development we mean, preparation of youths for the cause of both family and society. They should become net-contributors and annihilate the pressing issues that our society is facing today. What we feel is, the growing poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, corruption is not because of the lack of resources, rather under-utilization of resources appears to be the main cause behind. If youths understand the crux of situation and voluntarily come forward to resolve to make India free from all sorts of burning issues, for sure, they will make visible and measurable difference. 

Another aspect pertaining to the education sector which is worth pondering is the majority of female teachers than the male ones, especially in privately managed schools. We do understand the educational role of female teachers, but as far the children’s psychology and pedagogical demands are concerned, male teachers can be more beneficial. We had discussion with different educationists, academicians and institutional heads on this aspect, the majority of them of them express their consensus over the beneficial role of male teachers in particular after grade fourth.
